No i have not heard but will not be surprised though one has to admit that this happens a lot in China. And it is not only about faking it my friend but contamination. Cheaters are everywhere but would prefer to be cheated for a cheap fish as tilapia as long as it is not contaminated.

USA to a large extent does check the food.
