I didn't use it on my face, but nearby my earlobe and I just took a dab and applied on the affected area, everyday...
I also took it half tea spoon every morning and evening, with chamomile tea, or some day when I 'm lazy, I just sipped half-tea spoon. It's very expensive, like $42 just for 17 oz. and we know what 17 oz looks like. You don't wanna use it like regular honey, but if you could afford, you can do that, I couldn't so, I was really careful how I used it (If I start to use it like regular spread on my bread, it wouldn't last more than a week) .

I think they've UMF level from 10 to 24. 10 is the starting point and 24 is the strongest. Manuka honey is touted for it's natural antibacterial properties and it's being treated to kill MSRA. If you read media, we're constantly brainwashed that MSRA bacterias are getting deadly with no cure, thats true, they're deadly but not without cure. It also help with digestion, GERDs, skins diseases and all other good stuffs. Took time about 2 months for me to see it's effect, may be I was using it under recommended dose, but it worked.

You can go ahead and buy any manuka honey labeled UMF 16-20 for medical purposes and they're expensive, just to let you know. Honey label with just manuka and nothing else could be marketing gimmick, you'd be buying an ordinary honey, but anyway, nature is there to help us. Go ahead and embrace it.

I'll wait to see your recovery comment here in the near future.
