Would advise against spraying anything on the belts. I did that once and it ended up worsensing the situation by making the belt surface sticky. For squeaky serpentine belts, try adjusting the tensioner or consider replacing serpentine belts. They are not that big of a job if you are a DIY type person and does not cost a lot.
But for a car from 2011 or 2012 it's unlikely that you will have such a problem so fast, unless one's been using it for drag racing. And yeah one must have be drag racing with a corolla or driving it up the hill all the time to get 20mpg. Or is it a v8 corolla?
