It's a weird question. Don't you know that there is a gay member of parliament? Sunil babu Pant, head of te Blue Diamond Society, is a great example representating LGBT group. While I was back in Kathmandu early 2009, I saw so many gays in Thamel. I heard Nepal could be the best wedding destination for gays.
