Dont know abt the 2nd one, but the first one is an incest for sure...many countries incl nepal considers incest illegal. Some people consider consensous incest between two adult (like in your case) as a "victimless crime" . Nonetheless, the incest taboo is & has been one of the most Social-restrictive issue for long time.
