What do these lines mean to you?

and "please help me to get most money out of this country.."

You think he is using his credit score to obtain some loan for now and return the money back later?

Now, if you understood what he is asking for and you still think it is right; maybe you should give some advice on how to ace on Ponzi schemes and money laundering schemes.
