I am sorry I completely forgot to mention in my earlier replies that this was the end of the story. I wasn't writing an epic and I'd leave the rest to use your imaginations. A desirable finish would perhaps have been a happy ending where I got hold of someone to tow my car, but it would not have been a perfect one. It just adds more redundancy and banality to the story, therefore I left it at a point which is apt for the finale (or maybe it is just my personal view).
