These desi consultanciea are such a hoax and I am sure that those who have faced them before know how they expolit.
Hard projects (they will put ppl with less than 1 yr exp on sthing like 5+), salary once in a month(paisa adkauna khojchaaan),crappy ppl on HR (most would be like ppl who worked in call centres in India controlling u). At the end of the day, u will be making money working like a dog for them with no complaint thnking that they will do H1b for you. H1B taa hoola but when u get out of contry to get stamping, these consulate know where you are coming from (last ma dhoti company naii ta paryoo
) , aani bidambanaa.
.tesai lee bhanya manchauu bhane bro, afaii entry level koo kaam khoja.. most companies hire new grduates with internship and some project experince.
If u can land on sthing like that, u will be living like an american dream. dhoti koo maa fasauu bhaane , ur life would be like no diffrent than serving in some Indian restaurant or gas station.
