@shresthababu; your comments are right but you shouldn't get offended. They got their chances to be ahead among rest o the other people because of their caste back in the days. Things are not the same and now everyone has chance to go get their education and this will definitely bring some changes in sharing of power of nation or offices. Trust me this is an evolutionary process not an overnight process.
