If you're already working towards your CPA cert, then the prep materials will probably cover more than (and including) what's in the MBA Taxation or Accounting, no? Unless you're working on fulfilling a certain state's educational requirements, or have a need to maintain student status, you'd be better off concentrating on CPA exams and finding an accounting position to cover the CPA work experience requirements... I think!
