C.Ronaldo, if you guys are serious then I could pass your request to the organizers. I think they're going to have about 10-14 teams of Nepalese, Tibetans and Bhutanese from around the Bay Area alone. 1-2 teams from outside (like Sacramento/Davis and LA would make it even better). 

The tournament is going to be held either in the first Sunday or second Sunday (of May). It was scheduled for 2 weeks back but got cancelled due to rain (the city of Oakland terminated the lease due to wet outfield). 

And yes, I've heard of the team from LA playing with the team you talked about before. Do you guys have a ground (with goal posts and what not)?
