Having a certificate doesnt gurantee you a job except in some countries where littracy rate is below 20%.
The guy is  not doing bad we need to get rid of the concept that small business is bad. Yeah he could have done that earlier, lot before completeeing his  Master's degree. This is his fault too he should know what is going on arround him he must have seen unemployed graduates before. it is not uncommon. Not all graduates get good job.
