A Nepalese girl deliverying pizza has been accused of raping a sleeping man after she entered his house with the pizza.

Police claim that the night of the incident, a 40 yr old man  had ordered some pizza but then fell asleep. Police claim that Ms. Amita Hamal, 21 from Nepal, arrived with food about 11 pm (Australian Standard Time) and entered throught the open front door of their eastern suburbs home.

She is accused to walking into the man's bedroom and sexually assaulting him.

According to Miss Hamal when she arrived at the house the door was open and she walked in to find a woman sleeping on the lounge so she went inside looking for anyone who was up. When she entered the bedroom she saw a man sleeping in the bedroom. She claims that when she was trying to wake him up, they ended up having consensual sex.

It was only after Ms. Hamal had left that the man walked out to the living room to find his wife sleeping in the lounge.
