Before collapse of soviet union, russia is the best place to study. Many experienced engineer and doctor are from russia. However, after collapse of soviet, everything got disarray. Heard that one can buy degree in russia  10 years back, now its getting better.
Previuosly, there was a trend if you cant study engineering anywhere else, then parents send their kid to get(buy) degree from russian countries where they will spend 5-6 yrs so called studying and drinking vodka.
After returning back to country they are just usless shit with so many exp drinking vodka.
