Thukka for your user name!  I hate people identifying themselves Madheshi.  What was wrong with the word Tarai? 

Jha is a Bahun (not  a Madesi)
Acharya, Sharma are Bahun (not Madhesi or Pahadi or Himali)

Remember only four Varna has been identified: Kshyatri, Brahman, Vaisya, Sudra
