Nikon D7000 is in between D90 and D300s as Nikon mentioned on their website. This is better than D90 in any case. It is going towards FX format camera in many cases like camera controls and features. After this my next camera will be D800 (I was planning to buy D700 but there is a rumor that they discontiue this model and comming up with D800).
