A simple mathematical error is what I see (happens all the time). See the last step of your calculation. You missed the denominator 2 in the second term.

y-3^2/3/2=3 ^4/3/2(x-3)
y=(-3 ^4/3/2 )x +3 ^7/2/2 +3 ^2/3
