I will tell my story.

Its been almost 4 months Im here in US.( I did my college (BcC comp. Sci) in India bt I am Nepali). In this 4 months first 2 months I tried to get a job at my best. Bt it was all the same story till I finally decided to join so called 'dhoti consultancy'. after a training for month and half I got job in JP Morgan chase as Mid Level Java Developer. U cant imagine I showed 6 yrs of Experience and my age is just 23. Resume was the best I cud ever imagine but it was all fake.  I showed 2yrs of exp in US and 4 yrs in India. It all worked. 

I am not supporting 'dhoti consultancy'. Bt I wouldnt have got this job without them. And one thing there r still some guys in same PG where they put me who have been trying for 6 months to get job bt havent got yet. Of course I m getting very less payment ( original is $50/hr by JPMC and its trickling around $20/hr in my pocket) but thing is that I got break through. It may b different in ur case cse I m in Green Card n dont kno abt ur status. 

Wat I want to tell u guys is that if u have capability n luck U can crack it. No need to hate 'dhoti consultancy' for wat they r doing.
