once again, you can complain  to the goverment without letting them know who you are. It is better to stop them by informing to the right places than by spelling their names in the public places. Just think, i can take your name in sajha and say you are this and that, but the real way is to inform it to the right places. If you are so worried about other neplai people being ripped off like you have been than you should be informing to the right places. I will not buy your story until the person is proven guilty.
