1. There is no 100% proof of the strain of the bacteria. Unless an independent body of international medical experts can claim it, it is obvious we're the scapegoat. It could be a volunteer worker (there are thousands from all over the world now), who knows. Has anybody looked into that? No.
2. Haiti is no better than Nepal in terms of political and economical stability. If you look at their history, it has been going on for a long time, one after another. So it could be a political move from a party to distract an issue, just like in Nepal. Right now, it is campaign time. Haiti is going to have election soon.
3. During the earthquake when millions were affected and killed, Haitians had no problem opening their arms to foreigners and the aids glamored by Hollywood celebrities. Let us say , it did in fact come from a Nepali soldier, this is a case of complete innocence. How do you know you're carrying a disease that will kill other people, the symptoms of cholera is very basic. If that was the logic, AIDS came from Africa and now it has engulfed the world. Hey, nobody is blaming Africa for that. Bringing disease to a new land without being aware of it has been going throughout the history of mankind. Guns, Germs and Steel is the topic.
4. Haiti never had any good infrastructure to begin with. The health and hygiene was third worldish, that includes the camp for the victims of the earthquake and the hurricane. Nobody seems to acknowledge that. There is no records that says Cholera never existed on that island. Over time, a more potent strain of bacteria could have evolved.
