Thanks again for your valuable input. Now i have few more questions for you and if you would be able to help by answering them, that would be really awesome.

1. What questions did the Counselor ask while stamping your visa? What answers did you gave to 'em?

2. Is it also safe for the contractual employees(employees from consultancy) to go to canada and do visa stamping?

3. How can you get the visa appointment to Canada embassy and what reason do you need to fill out in the application?

Btw, by answering this thread, i am pretty sure that you are helping 100's of nepalese peeps out here who will take now less risk to go to Canada instead of nepal for VISA stamping.
