I have been in US for 4 years but i have never been to ANA- never got time off from work. From time to time i see about ANA convention but i do not know what this ANA does. How does it help Nepali students and Nepali people in US?

Does it provide some sort of scholarship to nepali students? How does it help nepalese to get a job? How does it help the recently arrived nepalese to settle here before they know something about this place? What kind of projects is it involved in back in Nepal? Or is it just another money sucking business organization in the name of Nepali organization?
