to all the IPHONE gurus out there:
I am a little far behind in these things. I am using an unlocked iphone 3G version 3.0.1. I paid somebody to unlock it. I am using it with t mobile and already have Cydia in my phone. So how can I upgrade to a ver 3.1.2 and unlock it. If I just upgrade to a newer firmware from itunes would my phone still be unlocked or do i need to unlock it again coz I am assuming it restores to the original factory settings.
Is there any way to backup all my contacts?
