So you are out of topic, I have a suggestion.
You need meditation like Duryodhan did to fight against Bhimsen, Take a cold bath. To have privacy , lock the door, pull down the curtains. Have a mat on the floor. Take your clothes off , if you like you may have langauti , take yoga position. Inhale and exhale easily closing your eyes. Think of something you had very good time to memorize..
Do it every day and find other good memories. Soon you will jump from your yoga position with " Eureka , Eureka" Viola , because you will be coming with new ideas that are better than finding a topic to put in sajha. , Problem solved.
