Above is the statement released by UNMIN in the wake of arrest of maoist commander with weapon in chitwan.
By saying "take appropriate disciplinary actions", isn't UNMIN trying to give maoist army a equivalent recognition as Nepal army? I even doubt about the principle of UNMIN in any peace process across the world. The rush of UNMIN in any nation at the verge or aftermath of civil war is mostly inspired by the underlying ruling intent of the US (!).
I wouldn't hesitate to say " UNMIN is scripting another Nicholas cage's movie in Nepal" Seriously.
