Friends, I have same problem about my OPT. I am studying in Health Care Management and working Pre-completion OPT in a private clinic; however, job doesn't match exactly with my degree...I just wanna know:
a.) Can I apply H1B, this year? However, I am graduating on May 2010.
b.) Is there any consultancy OR Lawyer OR Immigrant agent, who works for H1B?
Your valuable suggestions, informations are really appreciable.
