'Fugitive on the run is what Pankaj Joshi is. He won't come back to Texas to clear his name. He is gone into hiding , God knows, for how long. Fugitive try to get away from the law when their hope of being proven innocent is close to nil. That proves something right there.
Nepal is what it is today because not only the leaders but the people too try to defend criminals with no regard to rule of law or morality.
The US consulate needs to stop granting visas to criminals and prostitutes so that they won't hurt good Nepalese' reputation in the US.
