If there's a difficulty in reaching 67 points or you are at about 67-69, despite awarding you average points for language.. then they could ask you to take language test.

But if you can reach way above 67 pass mark, say at 73 - 76, with the average points awarded for language, then they will certainly waive this language test requirement.
