It's shocking to find myself agreeing with Nepe on the President & Katuwal. Under normal conditions civilian supremacy makes sense. But isn't Nepal in "transition"? Given the choice between living under the YCL goons, plus the PLA murders and Maoist control of the army on the one hand and, on the other, making difficult choices in this period, the answer is clear: no more appeasement of these Maoist terrorists. They should be treated no differently to the LTTE.
