Sajha already has a rating system whereby if a posting (not thread) gets 20 ratings of 1 star, the posting gets disabled automatically.
5 is a very little number and 5 users can manupulate the way a thread/sajha runs, hence we have to have 20 users rate in order to disable a posting automatically.
