You got  the first division grade does not mean you are the brightest student as well  all who goes abroad and gets degree are not the smartest. Can I say they are the luckiest bastaaaaard and opportunists?  Because they had the source and utilized as they could & should not be claiming they are smartest of all. Too arrogant and Hippocrates.
