Personally in Nepal, they look at your family background before they look at your job and degree. It is all about family background. You may get girls who will marry for your green card. Honestly, most of the girls from good family background don't give dyam about your Green card. They know life here is more relaxed and better. If you can find some middle class, it will be good for you. Apart beautiful gals coming from good background is already dating someone. You should be able to accept them and their life style. If you are looking for one then look for Nepali leaving in India. They have good education and well cultured. They are more domesticated. Truly,  you don't want your wife " behen ji type" right.
Perhaps you may find upper class who goes to clubs, shops well and so far they have proper dining etiquette. I guess i talked more than i need.

One more thing if you had a family back in home, they will take care of it. I don't think Now in Nepal being oversea resident don't matter.
