hey huma, My HR personnel email me the pdf version of receipt notice. I did do premium processing, maybe that's why i received it. Did you do premium processing? I have couple of frens who did not do premium processing and they have not received the receipt notice yet. I'm pretty sure your application has been selected for random draw. Its just that they did not mail the receipt notice. Well atleast thats what I hope for you and for my frens here.
