.The entire economy of Ocean City depends on the F1 students who work there every year. I can guarantee you all that nothing is going to happen in Ocean City. Not one of you will get in trouble. Summer tourism in Ocean City brings in at least a couple billion dollars in OC every year. The town of Ocean City and the local businesses are never going to let the US government or the state of Maryland to interfere in their business. I worked in OC for four summers. Every summer I heard the same thing: "They're going to hire only those with work permits. You won't find a job". And yet, I found jobs plenty every year.
