If its authentic, then its a serious matter for all countrymen. Every Nepalese have a debt of NRs 12000.00 (12000.00/per person). So, we have grave concern for corruption whether it was done by 'Neta' or 'Karmachari' or 'Nyayalaya people' or 'Army/police' or 'business men'.
