Card from Himtel does not give more than 20 minutes outside the kathmandu...I need a good advice , would you pls tell me which one would be the best to call outside Kathmandu???? And another thing, Once I called ktm using a card from HIMTEL, I talked and the call terminated itlelf as usual...Later on when I got my phone Bill I saw 3 minutes calling kathmandu from my Cell which charged me about 7 dollars. I use CIngular Network, what may be the problem. I never called nepal without card....So I stopped buying Himtel..... Could you pls advice me a good one....
