you cannot go before you recieved your h1-b notification letter, and the date is officially started, means your h1-b status is officially started. you will not be stamped h1b by the embassy in nepal. once you leave US when you are in OPT,,,you are gone not for ever but until you find some other reason to come back US. no question at all...............
