And you know what else, Graduate Teaching or Research Assistants from India and Pakistand and several other third world countries have some kind of treaty with the US Government or IRS and they are exempt from Social Security and Fedreal Taxes while they are students. ..........but Not Nepal. I don't have any hopes from Nepali Embassy or Government doing anything for benefits of students. and Swaati-The Maryland Governor Sucks for raising the UMD tuition. I feel sorry for undergraduate students without scholarship to get through college. It is getting ridiculous.
