The kid is lucky...he did not get shot from point blank range...if any of the officers involved were enraged and blunt enough, they could have had shot him dead. After all , in the height of the Maoist war it wouldnt be hard for the police to claim that the kid was a Maoist kid trying to infiltrate the demostration and cause some serious terrorist act. Maoist have recruited very young school going kids all over the country and it makes easier for the police to support their claim (even if it were true or not). The police would close the file and no one do a thing about it. Case solved....ha ha ha ...
