Looks like it is a pilot error.  Look at the wings slop seems about 75 degree slop. Passenger may had thrown out of their seat and  sensed their life is about to end.

Some told me that the plane caught on fire before landing and to avoid the residential area , maneuvered the plane to a location which is Seti river.
