a4apple: I agree with Benedict and echho2, if you fill in I130 and mention your sister's name in their then it they can see everything in their. The way echho2 mentioned to do bachelor in india is also a great idea, I myself being a bachelor student here I can feel how things are and how tough it is.

I think the best would be to have a patience and wait for the petition, again even if you apply for I130 it is totally doable however can be little challenging or risky.
Also, as tutepani mentioned lying can cause a lot of hassle ani immigration ma chai straight NO nai ho kina ki in long run it can be a huge issue ; Having said you can apply for student visa BUT try to be patient and may be adopt the sponsorship route MAYBE.
