Our civil or fundamental law "Muluki Ain" has provided a Huge upper hand to women comparing to man in any kind of legal cases, which, I think could be exploited and milked by the lunatics who knows the loopholes. Hope, the infamous Court will give Justice to the concerned party ASAP.
