As they say you have to read between the lines, and in this case it is clearly stated as duration of authorization. Why would they even put these statements if it was a true valid approval?
You are free to believe what you believe but there is definitely room for some doubt that is created by their own statement below in the letter of approval. They are playing with words to obfuscate the willing crowd.
