"Premjanya bishad" is rarely used and understood in Nepali. I have a problem with describing those in Nepali.
Sometimes, an erotomanic delusion may happen with the person of the same status too. That indicates mania or people in the manic stage. It is complicated anyway.

An illusion is "bhram" based on reality I guess. Delusion is also the "bhram" but based on the imagination or audiovisual hallucination.
Never thought about "Abhagi" and the word "unfortunate" translation.

The conversation between the protagonist and other characters in the story is not a delusion. However, the protagonist's creation of the lover, another imaginary character " The romantic Humble" is a part of the delusion.

The ending was already planned but the writer should have given some indications for the readers from the beginning of the story.
