Only option to get it done is through reconcilliary procedure attached to infrastructure bill. But this seems unlikely as Manchin is against using procedure.

But remember immigration is last priority for dems, they only brought this topic to front to excite immigrants. Dems had no policy, stimulus is similar to what Trump proposed with additional bailout to cali and new york, Infrastructure bill is similar. Dems only used immigration and "social justice" to look different with help of Media and some woke celebrities. Its all politics and I have been saying this for a long time, Trump was not evil nor Biden is a saint. All of them are politicians and lie some where in between Saints and Devil. Choose whatever is profitable to you.
For me, I prefer freedom and low tax, so I have only one option Repubs. Always.
