Out of curosity
1. I think ward office has panjadhikari office and they issue janma, bibaah, mritu darta etc. all now. Not sure if ji pra ka issues any certificate.
2. Is she filing green card at embassy? Isnt it supposed to file at USA USCIS office now? I thought embassy is involved at the end for interview? Or, has the process of I-130, NVC works already completed?
