First option, find the A4 size paper ( like the one we had in Nepal). The regular paper size here is different which we buy in store for printing. Then you can print the form from their website.

Second option is easier, request a form from Nepalese embassy. Go to their website, there is a word document in Nepali which you print it out, fill up the form of request, then send that with return label to embassy, they will send you the passport form printed on correct paper size.

Once you get the form, fill up the application, with money order and photos as described and send the application along with supporting material (old passport and nagrita) to embassy again with return label. Usually takes 1-3 months depending on the load. I renewed mine in 2017 and it took 30 days. Good luck!
