Hi Muna ji, This thread is getting too complicated here, just go to new one that I have created. If you were divorced in 2019, then you should have filed as single for the year 2019. Meeraj is right, just file the 2019 so they will have correct name, address and bank info. Have you filed your taxes for 2019 year? Let me be clear here, In 2018 you filed married with separately, did you guys use joint account to get refund?  If you have not filed for the year 2019, we need to hire a lawyer to get the money back- don’t worry I do paralegal too!
