Drag yourself to Gym for few days. Once it becomes your habit it is more easy. Do what you enjoy in the gym for first few days. Then start expanidng. For me , i hate cardio. So i do weights for first few weeks. Once i get used to going gym , then i start including workouts i hate and keep going.

Driving lyft will give you extra money and keep your screen time down but at the end of the day you are still inactive and depressed.
