It's not that easy . They would probably get emergency Medicaid but no other benefit if they are sponsored.they have to work 40 quarters like 10 yrs to get medicare and since he is 65 he wont get medicaid anyway. May be some community clinics discounts programs but those docs are rookies.having green card doesnt mean y hit the jackpot it just means a whole new opportunities and struggles my friends .good luck .
